Problem Note 50312: A cell comment drop-down box is not displayed in a SAS® Financial Management data-entry form or read-only report

The Cell Comments functionality that is available from the SAS Financial Management Add-In for Microsoft Excel enables you to add comment cells in a SAS Financial Management data-entry form or read-only report. When a comment is added, you can use a drop-down box in the Cell Comments window to reply, edit last reply, sort replies by date, delete last reply, or delete comment thread.
Each cell comment is identified in the drop-down box by the dimension member crossings for the cell. The drop-down box has a limit of 64 characters. If you use a labeling method, such as Code (Name), Code (Description), Name, or Description, and the number of characters to be displayed is greater than 64 characters, the drop-down box might not be displayed.
